It's so cold here in New York in February. The weather tricks you as its often sunny and looking out from the 31st floor you cannot imagine its too cold. But the wind chill makes it very cold. I tried taking the boys out for little errands in the buggy. They normally love this as there is so much to look at here - taxi's, people, fire engines. The last few times I tried were not very successful though because of the wind. Then putting the rain cover on the double buggy just gives them an excuse to fight with each other. So indoor play it is most of the time! Luckily they have had some friends over to play with which has been nice. Running around the new apartment , jumping on the sofa, dancing and doing a show were favorite activities. Here some pictures of them doing exactly that with their new friend Luella who we met in Mexico.
Yesterday we bought play dough with super hero's moulds and that seem to keep them busy for a while. I captured some on video. Thomas is really into action hero's at the moment and its so sweet to see how Jasper just plays along. He usually ends up playing the helper Robin to Batman. I guess the role play is quite realistic!
